Personal Identity Data: Name, email address, profile picture (via Google / Facebook authentication).
Transaction Data: Purchased digital goods, recipient phone numbers (+251), recipient emails, Game Player IDs, and transaction timestamps.
Financial Data: Cryptographic ledger transaction signatures and ETB wallet ledger balances. We do NOT store payment card CVVs or private wallet keys.
2. How We Use Data
To process and fulfill digital top-up orders, verify payment webhooks, provide 24/7 customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Data is shared strictly with authorized telecommunication operators (Ethiotelecom, Safaricom) and our digital fulfillment partner (Uquid) solely to complete requested top-ups. We NEVER sell customer personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention & Immutable Ledger
Account data is retained while your account is active. Financial ledger entries are stored on an append-only, audit-safe ledger as required by financial auditing laws.
5. Account & Data Deletion Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
In-App Deletion: Open Ethio-Viral → Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Tap "Delete Account".
Web / Online Request: Email [email protected] or contact Telegram support @ethioviral_support. Account deletion requests are fulfilled within 48 hours.
