Welcome to Ethio-Viral. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile application, and digital services.
1. About Ethio-Viral Technologies
Ethio-Viral Technologies ("Ethio-Viral") operates a digital marketplace for airtime top-ups, eSIM data packs, digital gift cards, and game top-ups. By downloading, accessing, or using Ethio-Viral on web or mobile apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Orders and Delivery
An order is processed immediately after payment signature verification. Digital goods are delivered to the exact recipient details provided by the user — phone number (+251), email address, or Game Player ID. Please verify all details prior to confirming purchase.
Most digital products are delivered instantly within 30 seconds. Certain mobile data or operator top-ups may take up to 24 hours depending on network provider processing.
3. Pricing and Payments
All primary retail prices are displayed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). Payment can be made using ETB local payment options (ShegerPay, Telebirr, CBE Birr) or supported cryptocurrencies via NOWPayments. We do not store credit card credentials or private wallet keys.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the instant nature of digital top-ups and gift code disclosures, fulfilled sales are final and non-refundable. If an order fails, is rejected by the network provider, or cannot be delivered, a 100% full refund is credited automatically to your Ethio-Viral ETB Wallet.
5. Account Security & Verification
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. You may sign in via Email, Google, or Facebook Authentication. Accounts using identical email addresses are merged for ledger integrity.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Ethio-Viral for unauthorized commercial resale, fraudulent activities, money laundering, or tampering with systems. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
7. Contact & Support
For support or legal inquiries, contact Ethio-Viral Technologies Support via email at [email protected], in-app Help Desk, or Telegram @ethioviral_support.
